Do I pay the person directly?

Yes. For organised (all pages), you agree pay with the person. ScaleHorse does not add a monthly markup to that wage.

What if it does not work out?

If the person you select for organised (all pages) leaves or is unsuitable within six months, we run a replacement search at no extra recruitment fee. It is not a refund.

How long does hiring take?

For organised (all pages), the aim is about 21 days from an agreed brief to three finalists. You interview them and you choose.

Will you advise on contracts or tax?

No. For organised (all pages), contracts and tax depend on your circumstances. Ask your own adviser. We recruit the person.
