Do I pay the person directly?

Yes. For offshore locations, you agree pay with the person. ScaleHorse does not add a monthly markup to that wage.

What if it does not work out?

If the person you select for offshore locations leaves or is unsuitable within six months, we run a replacement search at no extra recruitment fee. It is not a refund.

How long does hiring take?

For offshore locations, the aim is about 21 days from an agreed brief to three finalists. You interview them and you choose.

Will you advise on contracts or tax?

No. For offshore locations, contracts and tax depend on your circumstances. Ask your own adviser. We recruit the person.

Where a search can run

The one-time recruitment fee is USD 2,795 (USD 350 deposit + USD 2,445 on hire). There is no ongoing recruitment markup. The six-month guarantee is a replacement search, not a refund.

Open a region for the local fee and its cities, or a talent market for the country itself.

Search and the category tabs only change what is emphasised. Every link stays in the page.
