We recruit once, for a fixed fee, and hand you the relationship. You keep the direct connection with your team member, and there is no ongoing recruitment markup.
Support after the placement
Recruiting well is only half the job. After you select your candidate, we provide Post-Hire Support: practical resources and guidance to help you onboard, communicate with and manage your new team member effectively.
If the person you select leaves or proves unsuitable within six months, we run a replacement search at no additional recruitment fee, subject to our guarantee terms.
