How we use information
- Responding to enquiries and scheduling discovery calls.
- Delivering recruitment services, including sourcing, assessing and presenting candidates.
- Providing post-placement resources and support.
- Improving our website, service and marketing.
Sharing information
Candidate information is shared with the client conducting the search. Client information may be shared with candidates only to the extent needed to explain the role. We also use service providers such as hosting, email, scheduling, analytics and payment platforms, who process information on our behalf.
We do not sell personal information.
Analytics and advertising
Where enabled, we may use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel to understand how the website is used and to measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
Your choices

Because we recruit globally, information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to ensure information is handled appropriately wherever it is processed.
