How long does the process take?

Our target process is approximately 21 days from commencement of the search to presentation of shortlisted candidates, depending on the role.

How much does it cost?

AUD 500 to begin the search and AUD 3,500 when you select your candidate. Total recruitment fee: AUD 4,000 + GST (AUD 500 deposit + AUD 3,500 on hire). The six-month guarantee is a replacement search, not a refund.

Do I employ the candidate?

The employment or contracting structure depends on your circumstances, your location and the candidate's location. We can explain the available options, though we do not provide legal or tax advice.

What happens if the candidate doesn't work out?

Our six-month replacement guarantee provides a replacement recruitment search at no additional recruitment fee, subject to the guarantee terms.

Do you manage the employee?

The initial service focuses on recruitment and helping you establish the systems to manage your employee. Future managed staffing services may be offered.

Ongoing wages are paid by you and are separate from the recruitment fee.
